Hello! My name is David, I'm a local Model/Actor based in Vancouver. I moved here to study at Vancouver Film School where for a year and a half I studyed Acting Essentials as well as Acting For Film & Television. It was great because I felt everyday I grew as an artist and a person, I got to see myself on camera everyday and It was the first time I've experienced that it's possible to have FUN and work HARD at the same time.
    One of the things I learned at VFS is that you have to create your own oppertunitys in this industry, and that sitting and waiting for a phone to ring is probably the worst thing that you can do. They constantly challenged us at VFS to make our own films, write our own scripts.
      I took this concept and applied it to modeling. By always looking for insperation for concepts and creating my own. I would shoot on the weekends, after and sometimes even between classes. Often Ideas I came up with by myself, other times it was Ideas that the photographer had and I would get so passionate about ,it was as though it was my own.
