Born and raised in Germany, I early on tried to develop an eye for unique images that showcase the crispness and clean precision, Germany is known for. Educated in New York City by the Italian star fashion photographer Claudio Basso, I developed a style of fashion photography that mixes an edgy Manhattan attitude with a European flair. I'd like to think that my images sparkle with an international sophistication and portray a classy reserved sensuality, emphasizing on the flow of the wardrobe and the model’s natural beauty.
I own C1M Studios, a 2,500 sqft. studio about an hour north of Boston, leveraging the latest in avant garde lighting and digital technology.
In addition to being a full-time working photographer, I teach fashion photography at the New Hampshire Institute of Arts and I am educating students in cutting edge lighting techniques and set design.
