NB. Stuart works in Swansea during the week so can arrange to shoot in Swansea area as well as Telford area.

We are Stuart and Lucy, a husband and wife team of semi-pro photographers, offering a portrait service in our local area under the company name of LAM Design.

We are happy to work with local models just starting out to whom we can offer Trade for Picture shoots to help build portfolios - photos will be made available on a website we own and each model has their own userid/password to download any photos (that reach an acceptable standard) from a shoot featuring them for personal, non-commercial and self-promotion use. These will be high resolution photos suitable for more than just web use.

The ideas and aspirations of the models we work with is of critical importance. We learn from this and hopefully achieve something that is mutually beneficial, as well as fun to do. We never ask a model to do anything that makes them uncomfortable or that they do not want to do.

We are located in Newport, near Telford, in a large house with plenty of rooms to try out a wide range of setups including some excellent wooden floors. We have several backdrops and use the Nikon Creative Light System with several strobes and various light modifiers including softboxes. We have a large garden with plenty of trees that gives us a great range of out-door options when weather permits.
