Why do I dream of being a fitness model....? Being on the stage...in front of camers...to have the spotlight on me ? Because when you read me, my body, and my actions, you will see me in my element.
  My name is Christina Regier. I'm 26 years old, from Winsor Ont. I was a gymnast for 14yrs and a boxer for 2yrs. To put it short and sweet, fitness, drive and determination have been running through my veins thus far in my life.
  I'm now striving to reach my goal and dream of being a fitness model. I not only want to be a visual motivation, but also a inspiration to others encouraging them to bring the best out in themselves. I am able to this through my words and actions.
  I'm extremly energetic and outgoing. I'm always  "Me" because I can't be anybody else. One vitally important lesson I've learned is that we are ultimately in control of our own destiny. We are led by our inner strengh and energy, and as long as we have faith and stay positive, there is no limitation as to what we can do.

Through this site & my new experiences, I know I can excell with my aspirations.
