My home and studio are located in Birmingham, West Midlands, UK.
I am a Licentiate of both The Royal Photographic Society (RPS) and The Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP) and hold the distinction DPAGB, awarded by the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain. I hold a current disclosure certificate issued by the CRB.
In my professional career in photography I worked for several studios, newspapers and public relations companies in the West Midlands. I was involved in all types of photography including press work, advertising, magazines etc. My last employment in the industry was as studio manager for US Photographers, a local studio involved in all types of photographic work.
At my home I have a fully equipped studio, complete with various props and backgrounds and private area for models to make up, change etc.
These days my work is mainly targeted at competitions and exhibitions pictures. I shoot mainly portrait and figure studies but sometimes do other work. I have won numerous top National and International awards for my work. I also produce books of my images and always have a current theme for at least one book.

I am a life member of Smethwick Photographic Society, which is the largest in the UK. I am specifically involved in the running of the studio group including booking models for their sessions. I also teach photography and digital imaging and give lectures on the subject.
