~DimeDiva~ in the making, Iiesha Monique Mosby was born on November 01, 1986. She was raised in the rough streets of capitol heights, MD right outside of Washington, DC. Growing up in foster care she was a brave soul who taught herself well. The party life was not on her main agenda, she mostly spent her nights at home reading, writing poetry or and understanding life as it was given to her. While in high school she was on the varsity cheerleading squad, and modeling seemed to be her passions as she tried many ways to keep herself involved. A lot of times this is what she had to turn to in order to keep her sane and maintaining a positive attitude. Coming out of such a city she was critized for her dreams and aspirations as a model. Her life had a million and one tragedies but none kept her from going forward accomplishing her dreams and goals in life. Graduating from Largo High School Class of 2004, she moved out on her own not a day later to Glen Burnie, MD. At the time being wrapped up in a long relationship and thinking that this was all life had to offer she went to a tech school, got a small job and moved on with a simple lifestyle. Iiesha has always been on top of her class with 4.0 gpa, but going to a four year university was not in the picture for her. Seeing her long lasting relationship was soon to crash she turned to modeling as a form of creativity since cheerleading seemed to not be something she could turn to without being in college.

Iiesha Monique has been modeling since her teenage years - getting a start in the DMV area. To date, she has modeled for several designers in various shows which includes but is not limited to the hair show, 4SistersOnly.  Challenging the disputes of height requirements, she still managed to push forward and succeed in her professional career. Not only is her aspiring modeling career taking off, she is currently employed with Black Entertainment Television/Viacom in the Washington, DC office where she is essential in programming for the network as well as production. Iiesha is a star in the making with a great heart, strong mind, and a banging body. She hopes down the line to be able to help young women who grew up as she did, gain confidence in whatever they want to do in life. These goals and aspirations are not just for her career and satisfaction but to be able to show the world that you can complete your dreams and reach your goals all you need is to make the right decisions.
