Celebrity makeup and hair artist Lorena Lopez brings a unique combination of glamour, image collaboration, and the essential thinking behind image branding to the looks she designs for her clients. She has created iconic images for photographers Annie Leibovitz, Norman- Jean Roy, Mark Seliger, Anthony Mandler, Mattias Vrens, Albert Watson, Matthew Rolston, Patrick Hoelck, James Minchin, and Rankin. Her work has been on the covers and through the pages of  Men's Vogue, Rolling Stone, Maxim, British GQ, XXL, Counrty Weekly, Vanity Fair , The Face, The Source, Nfocus, Fringe, People, Dazed & Confused, Entertainment Weekly and Fantastic Man.
Lorena has done extensive celebrity press touring, red carpet and media shoots over the years as a personal makeup and hair artist to musicians such as: Eminem, Sting, 30 Seconds to Mars, Lenny Kravitz, My Chemical Romance, Dave Grohl, Queen Latifah, Shooter Jennings, The Black Eyed Peas, Pharell, Ben Harper, Duran Duran, Gina Gershon, Snoop Dogg, Travis Barker, Weezer, Marc Broussard, Kings of Leon and dozens more. She has collaborated on looks for campaigns with Budweiser, Dr. Pepper, Old Navy, iPod, Coca- Cola, Crown Royal, Hyundai, Timex, McDonalds, Mercedes Benz, Coors Light and others. In 2005, Lorena was named one of the top ten industry beauty artists to watch by WWD. She was nominated for two MVPA Awards,  one in each category of makeup and hair, in 2006. She has worked on over 100 music videos and album shoots for world famous musicians with every major label,  as well as helped to shape and fine tune the looks of emerging indie artists. A Los Angeles native, Lorena has taken root recently in Nashville  and has enjoyed working in the country music industry for artists Blake Shelton, Jewel, Kree Harrison, Thompson Square, Maggie Rose, Amy Grant, Big & Rich, and Trace Adkins. Lorena is currently working on projects with celebrity musicians as well as indie music groups, and is expanding her teaching credentials by instructing master classes in collaboration with the Katie Russo Beauty Group starting this summer. She has given talks and shared her professional experience with makeup graduates at Napoleon Pardis in Los Angeles and is looking forward to contributing to the fashion & entertainment industries more through education.
