Rukiya Jeffers is the Owner of Abebi Beauty Boutique & Spa and a MAC certified makeup artist. The once middle school teacher turned makeup artist/educator has worked for top companies such as MAC,Estee Lauder,Benefit Cosmetics and Backstage Cosmetics Fashion Week Pro team. She has also worked with top stylists, designers and photographers all over New York city. Her work has been featured in music videos, editorial print, special occasions which include weddings, sweet 16s and fashion shows. She also teaches classes on makeup application.
She has a passion for beauty and fashion and is the go to person for "all you need to be beautiful".
