About Me

"Keep it Haute" is a tagline coined by Celebrity Stylist, Leon Frager, which basically sums up what the Miami native does. Leon, through his agency, The LF2 Group provides his multi faceted services to Recording Artists and Entertainers. In a society where stars aren't made they're styled, his keen eye for detail and fresh approach to styling is ever present. Leon's work has been seen on countless newsstands, billboards, runways and red carpets. He is often called upon to contribute his sought-after opinion to articles and feature stories. In an ever changing world, he continues to excel by letting his work speak for him and staying ahead with his innovative vision. His presence has been solidified in this industry as a veteran. Leon is able to simultaneously predict trends and transcend them. You can find him designing original pieces for Mya & Claudia Jordan, coordinating productions for Sean "Diddy" Combs & Lauryn Hill or Preparing the debuts of Rhianna & the Fall Out Boys, but most importantly you will find Leon Styling celebrities such as Kelly Rowland, Elle Varner, Elise Neal, Trina, Melanie Fiona, Rick Ross, Dwayne Wade, Shaquille O'Neal, Macho Harris and Clinton Portis. Leon's philosophy "Fashion is your commentary for life, but Style is your voice, without it you have nothing to say." He says "It's my job to help you find your voice to tell your story."

After a chance meeting with Sean "P Diddy" Combs in 1996, Leon was given the opportunity to hone his craft by apprenticing under Fashion Stylists such as June Ambrose, Misa Hylton-Brim and Alexander Allen. Later working with the Fashion Maven, Audrey Smaltz & The Groundcrew, Leon learned all the aspects of putting on a full Fashion Production doing shows for New York Fashion Week beginning in 1999. He credits Sean "P Diddy" Combs for showing him a whole new way of living, as well as showing him the value of doing what you loved and how it could thrive as a business as long as you stayed true to your passion and get others to believe in you. Taking what he learned, Leon immersed himself into styling to build his Brand. It didn't hurt that he had an eclectic sense of style, it gained him notoriety. He was given the nickname, "The Editor of Style" and became a fixture on the Style Social Scene. Leon can be seen walking the Red Carpet at Events with the who's who in Fashion, Entertainment and Business. This access opened the door for him to acquire his high profile clients.

His zeal for fashion was developed at an early age by watching his Grandmother Drucilla, who was quite the Fashionista herself. Drucilla worked on wardrobe for many commercials and television shows. It is as if fashion was embedded in his DNA. Leon is also versed in business. He worked for a multi million dollar Production Company, where he advanced from Production Coordinator to Accountant, then became Operations Manager, all within in five years. His knowledge and experience allowed him to work with many of today's luminaries such as Aretha Franklin, Britney Spears, The Rolling Stones, Jennifer Lopez and Cher. He also coordinated tours and productions for The Ultra Music Festival, The MTV Awards and The BET Awards. Leon doesn't only express himself through his Fashion Styling and Business know how, he did it through the expressive arts. He attended Performing Arts Schools in his formative years which afforded him the opportunity to travel and perform as a singer/actor/dancer both nationally and internationally. This period shaped his life, exposing him to different cultures, food, fashion, music and way of living. One can say these experiences formed the man as he is known today

Leon's motivation stems from being able to see his work manifested, he says, “Turning on the television, opening a magazine or simply seeing the smiles on my client's face is EVERYTHING to me. That is all the more reason to Keep it Haute!!!”
