Elaine was born in Taiwan but she moved to Canada since she was 16 years old. As a child, Elaine loved to draw, paint and play with her mother's makeup. But with her family's support, she chose a different path in college. Elaine studied a 2-Year Advertising Design Program at International Academy of Design & Technology in Toronto. After graduation, she worked in the advertising industry for 2 years. However, she has never given up her true passion in makeup artistry.

To follow her passion, Elaine decided to attend MUD - Makeup Designory in Los Angeles, CA. Her specialties include print, fashion, beauty, hair stylist and men’s grooming.

The most important element of Elaine's work is to be able to use her creativity to enhance natural beauty yet bring out a person's inner beauty and individuality.
