To those who have known Tio Stephens... Tio passed away on June 25th 2008 at the hands of a severe asthma attack.

He will be remembered in Barbados as one of the brightest stars in the local fashion industry in 2008, and he had just begun to get his career kicked into high gear.

In only six months of being a model, he landed four television commercials (all major national campaigns), voiced a radio commercial, was featured in three magazines, a print campaign for the 3-point clothing line, a chrismas promotion for BMW and the Barbados Music Awards, three music videos and numerous fashion shows.

He had so much potential that his agency was considering pushing him to the US market, where he could be signed there and fully explore his potential. He was also very keen on participating in the 2008 Barbados Fashion Week and Guyana Fashion Week events.

He was kind, giving, open-minded, non-judgemental, always willing to help, honest and very very very hardworking. He will always be remembered by Timeless Barbados as one of our brightest stars and we will never remove him from our website, as a tribute to his memory.
