I just opened a new private shared co-op studio in downtown San Jose called the ATTIC. Its on the top (13th) floor of an old historic building.. It is very old rustic with vaulted ceilings, exposed pipes, very dungeon like... Its comes fully equipped with lights and modifiers. Anyway ping me back is your interested..
