About Me

I am a figure/fitness competitor and Fitness model.  I have been competing since i was 19.  I have had several publications in fitness magazines and had several other fitness jobs as well.  I have worked big and small fitness expos such as the Arnold Classic and Olympia, as well as other various events over the past decade.  I believe in Jesus Christ with my whole heart and believe that God has favor on his children.  I am an exercise specialist/Nutritionist and a conditioning coach for athletes and children in Memphis, TN.  I am very outgoing and have been told that I am always smiling!
