Whether you're a working or aspiring model, or a Pro Domme who wants to be a good consumer of photography for your own web image, you need to know some basic (and not-so-basic) things about the photographic process, from getting ready for the shoot all the way to posting the finished picture.  This workshop will cover:

* What a (good) photographer wants from you and how to give it to him.  How to deal with photographers with different levels of experience.  What to bring (and not bring) to a photo shoot.  What to ask a photographer who is shooting you for the first time. 

* Hot lights, strobes, natural light: The different lights and light modifiers and what they do... and what that means to your work.  Camera and lens basics.  Know just enough to help the photographer get the best from you.

* The art (and science) of posing.  Look taller and thinner immediately!

* Where to show your photos and how to get paid work.  How to control your most valuable asset: your image.

* Digital basics:  The fundamentals of resolution and why even good photos can look awful.  JPEG, TIFF, etc. File formats and what they mean to you. 

* Post production: Basic retouching you can do on your own. 

* You and the legal stuff:  Who really owns your photos?  What does copyright really mean?
Model releases and what they do - and don't - do.  2257 regulations. 

* Personal safety.
