I cannot retouch photographs without photographer consent.  If you already have a photographer release, I will need to have a copy for my records.

Rates based on $60/hr (ie. simple body shots $10-$20, glamour retouching $30-$40, portraits $20-$40, drop swaps $10, etc.) Think my rates are too high for your budget?  Do not make assumptions, please ask.
