About Me

My name is Phil Rogers and I am a self taught, freelance photographer who has about 12+ years experience.  I am based on the Island of St. Croix, located in the U.S. Virgin Islands with an affiliate branch in Silverspring, MD. (Inspired Images Photography - http://www.inspiredimages.net).  I do not own a studio, but have access to one, if the need arises.  I love to shoot outdoors.  It gives me the freedom to be more creative.  Not taking anything away from those who do great work in studios.  This site is filled with such examples.

Photography is one of my passions and I shoot in my spare time as a professional hobby.  My main source of work is in wedding photography.  However, I have experience in many different genres of photography.

I love candid shooting.  It allows for the capture of the true essence and personality of the subject. 

I hope to broaden my horizons and expose myself to different forms of photographic expression.
