I'm a Canadian Personal Trainer/Nutrition Coach, Fitness Model/Writer and a Presenter/Actress now based in London. As one of London's top Personal Trainers I specialize in fat loss and muscle gain with a holistic approach. My professional career had begun as a performer (drama trained Presenter/Actress), but my love of keeping fit steered me into the fitness world. I now combine my “showbiz” talents with my fitness knowledge and am a sought after fitness personality/expert in the media, in addition to training my private clients.

As an actress I can be seen on the big screen in the new movie, 4321. I love making fun of myself and acting silly so comic roles are naturally my favorite to perform. I have worked with some of the top comic legends of Britain, including Ant and Dec (Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, ITV) and Paul Whitehouse (Down the Line, BBC Radio 4). I’ve been a presenter for live shows for music, comedy, fitness and on TV. Theater credits include, Venom directed by Ricky Beadle-Blair. I have also appeared in many commercials.
