My uncle, Leonard Bess, Professor and Chairman of the Fashion Design Department at New York City’s Fashion Institute of Technology, has always influenced me with his artistic abilities. Drawing and painting came naturally for Professor Bess. As for me, I couldn’t do neither to save my life.
