My name is Ryan, but everyone I know calls me Nak ("knock").
I grew up in East L.A. and the beach cities near Redondo Beach.  I'm told I am a melting pot in and of myself, being of Japanese, Peruvian, Brasilian, Chilean, Italian, Spanish, Hawaiian & Native American descent (and probably some others that can't be traced).

I love sports and being active and I also think active / sport shoots are the easiest to have the most fun with.  I've been playing a myriad of different competitive sports all my life.  I've also done a few sports & fitness shoots. 

At the moment I'm recovering from (pretty invasive) shoulder surgery and am just getting into physical therapy so I can get back in shape.  In that time, I did some shots that were a little dressier and bit less active...

Being an individual of many ethnicities, I can portray many of them in shoots - given the right styling.  I work both behind and before the camera.  I enjoy the fun in modeling, as well as photography and post-production.

As long as life is not boring, it's worth living - so lets get out there and make pictures.

I'm available on a part-time basis in or around the South Bay and Los Angeles area.  I'm open to TF*, test shoots, or any pay, it really depends on the project.  As for any other specifics, I'm generally open.  Again, it depends on the assignment.
