Henry Jacobson is a photographer and filmmaker based in New York, Los Angeles and (occasionally) DC. His still photography has been published and exhibited internationally. A partial list of publications includes The New York Times, The New Yorker, TIME, Interview, Zink, Marie Claire Italy, GOOD, PDN, Visura, Hollywood Reporter, The Christian Science Monitor, Untitled, and Filler. His work has been exhibited at the Museum of the City of New York, Annenberg Space for Photography in Los Angeles, The Center for Photography at Woodstock, and in private galleries both in the US and abroad. Daylight Books published his first monograph, Postcards Home, in which all the images were made with an iPhone, in November 2013. He has since curated his first major exhibition at CPW, to critical acclaim, and has become a leading thinker on the evolution of photography through the use of Smartphones and social networks.
