I was born and raised in New York City, and that is where my love for photography grew from the moment I had my first camera in hand as a child - it was a Mickey Mouse camera.  Now, an adult with a day job (fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you see it), I'm living in Charlotte, NC, where I'm trying to build a portrait photography business from my first love.
