I've been a photographer for a few years. My wife is an avid fitness instructor and her dedication landed me my first job as an fitness event photographer. Photographing fitness competitors from around the world was the defining moment of my career.
Currently I am shooting everything from casual portraits, fitness events, and model portfolios.

Details of a typical gym shoot:
Because it is in both our interests to present you in the best possible way, I provide a MUA for each shoot. The MUA's I work with are experienced and know what is required for a photo shoot, particularly in a gym environment.
Be prepared for a full day of shooting and several outfit changes.
Escorts are fine and I have no problem with them helping out as long as they are competent. If the escort is more of an hindrance than help, I reserve the right to have them sit in the lobby area and observe the shoot.

Lately I have delved into glam photography. It offers a more creative outlet for my photography. I have access to a beautiful loft, located in downtown Charlottesville, VA. As always models are welcome to bring an escort as long as they are not a hindrance to the workflow.
