I grew up in Southern California and have lived in Colorado for 10+ years. I'm a holistic health professional who has the privilege of being the mom of the most wonderful little girl there ever was.

I absolutely love modeling, yoga, dancing, performing, singing, working out, playing sports and have put substantial time & effort into each. I am passionate about health, nutrition and helping people. My work is where my heart lies.
