i would like to dive head first into the world of portrait photography. it has always intrigued me and i would like to learn a lot from this site.

I have been shooting non-stop for the last 2 years.  started out with the d50 now onto the d80 and maybe d300 by next fall?--- continuing on

i started out doing a lot of macro and abstract art photography and am just now venturing into the world of portraiture.  i find it exciting and intriguing and i could never stop now!  i love getting to know the people im shooting and just having fun with the whole process. and did i mention that i absolutely LOVE photoshop?

most of my friends HATE being in front of the camera, so alot of times i resort to what i have... myself. 

i would LOVE to get my hands on a ringflash.

PS, the majority of my port. is self portraits at this point... im hoping to change that... soon.
