Long Intro:
My name is Lauren Garczynski, however most people call me Ren. I am a photographer in the Baltimore, Maryland Area. I love to take pictures. I always have and always will. I do everything from model shots to band shots, and headshots to maternity.

How did I get into this? Accidentally really, but I fell in love.

Once upon a time, 15 year old Ren was given a task to build a website for a band. When given the images to work with, their pictures were not up to web standards, even back then. So our young heroine set out with her little Sony 3.3 megapixel camera and took the band's promo shots. A month later after posting up on MySpace, phone calls began to occur. Throughout high school and college, the young photo-geek began to take pictures of whoever was willing to stand in front of her for several hours.

Fast forward to 2009, with a BA in Visual Communication focused in Photography in her hand, several thousand worth-while dollars in debt later, and embarking into the "real world", the brave Lady Ren set out to make her mark. As fate would have it, again she found herself beginning to take pictures for people. So now Ren continues her brave quest to photograph people in various stages of life and settings to preserve memories, capture beauty, and inspire the masses!

That's me in a nutshell. I also travel when I can. You can frequently spot me in western NC, with camera in hand.
