I'm Gary Livingston. 

I have been a freelance photographer since 2000.

All rates are on a sliding scale and determined separately for each client based upon creative fee, production fees, image usage fees, and the overall budget available to the client.

Additionally if you are a photographer looking for an assistant I would love to work with you.  I have a lot of training and would be happy to help make your life a bit easier.  I love to help out and to see the various ways different people approach a similar situation.
