I traveled the world for 23 years with the Air Force, taking amateur photos of exotic sites and locations.  Now that I have transitioned to a civilian job in the DC area, I have expanded my equipment to include studio flashes and backgrounds, with the eventual goal of moving into professional photography.  I have sound technical skills, but limited experience with models. I've done head shots for local actors, poster and CD cover shots for local musicians, and graduation sets for my Daughter and her friends. I've also done event photography, including football games, several weddings, the cosplay section of the Tokyo Video Gaming Convention and some car/bike meets.  My reason for registering here is to gain more experience working with models, learn more about posing and make-up, and build my portfolio. 

You are encouraged to bring a friend or escort so you feel safe and relaxed!  My Wife will be present, and depending on the time of year, my Daughter may also be available to help out, too (college student).  I have a fair number of props, fetish items (ask!) and some clothing/costumes (spanning from small to plus, but female only).  We can play in the studio until we BOTH have the experience and portfolios to move on to further levels.  I welcome all shapes and sizes, but would prefer models over the age of 18, unless accompanied by a parent.  I would also be open to location shoots, including the wonderful historic backdrops offered throughout D.C., or your own back yard or basement, if it would make you more comfortable!
