About Me

I like creating images that are mysterious and/or tell a story.  I think interesting locations can add greatly to the impact of a photograph and I’m always on the lookout for new locations.  Often I’ll try to emulate the look of older analog photographic media using modern digital techniques.

In the past I’ve worked for the San Francisco Ballet School and various fashion agencies.  I really like working with dancers and appreciate the line and form their poses can bring to a composition.  While I often have an idea of what I want to accomplish photographically, I’m always open to input from the model ——— collaboration is important.
