My goal as a photographer is to capture the exceptional things that most people take for granted. It is one thing to take a photo of an attractive man or woman, and another, entirely different thing when you can make that captured moment sing to all that see it. I like to infuse a certain energy into my photos, and am driven to achieve that with each shoot. I find it imperative to put a strong effort into making art with my photography. This has become more  and more important to me as of late. I particularly enjoy creating beautiful, low key, black and white images using a single continuous light source to create rich and moody shadows. I add diffusion and reflection for fill whenever a composition requires it, and selectively color for impact whenever appropriate. I use the latter technique for portraiture and nude/semi nude/implied nude bodyscapes as well as still life. I hope to continue building my professional portfolio and to work with models That are accustomed to the camera.
