Great images are not about emotion they are about sensation. Only the bourgeoisie, the tacky middle class, think an image should affect the better emotions and have meaning. If it touched your heart it isn’t art. It’s kitsch. Images and art thrills. Images and art should speak to the primitive, to the wild animal within. Images and art should strum deeper chords than mere emotions. If they make you think they might be philosophy or science or something but it is not art.

True art is about meaninglessness of life, about freedom of transgression, about the base animal within, about power. Art should elucidate the pain and pleasure within and without. Art should transgress the mind and speak to deep soul of the viewers true being and desires.

An artist’s job is to speak the truth. An artist’s job is to captivate you for however long we have asked for your attention. If we stumble into truth we got lucky. And I don’t to decide what truth is.

Published photographer in NNJ. Specialize in male models for location work. I rarely do studio. I shoot many dark subjects, a lot of festish, angles, harsh light, monochrome.

I am seeking some new models, adventerious, athletic, open minded, and who can understand the story being told with the images. Please have photo ID. Interviews are required ( the shoot concept is extremely important and your understanding is imperative - if you don't get it, whats the point eh ? ).

I push every limit possible. Society, my own, the models. Everything I capture is real, no staging, no illusion.

If you are so into yourself and think you're so great, don't bother me. I have no time to stroke a models ego. No one is that good, except in thier own minds.

I work with models and desire their comments and suggestions. It is interactive work. The models perspective is as necessary as the photographers.
