I was studying filmmaking when my husband had a brain anurysm and I had to quit to take care of him. Equipment and helpwise photography is easier and I could do it more independently so I am trying to learn to be a good photographer. Hopefully as good as I was as a videographer.  I have a masters degree in English and used to teach at various universities and I also worked for several scientists over the years.

I have written several short screenplays and poetry but find these difficult to do as I am bipolar and currently on the down side hoping that photography can help pull me out of the duldrums by giving me something creative to do.
