ScALp was born in 1967 in France, wire of a mother auditor and a father painter and writer. Scalp was high in a home environment where art and the culture - classical music, jazz, literature, graphic arts - had an essential place. Raise in several establishments of XVIeme district of Paris, it has as companion of are delirious Pascal (the son of the actor Jean Lefebvre). Scalp makes its rebellion. Punk, removed from rim, guitarist with the style chain-saw operator and tortured, it loses himself under Paris in the catacombs, where it made there wild concerts with several Punk groups, but more still is isolated from the world in perdition of the Eighties, a kind of descent into Hell where more angels trail than of demons. Then here the time come from Trance, this electro music at the throbbing rates/rhythms. Photographer, creator of images of a declining and tortured company, ScALp does not reject it, preferring the witness and sometimes the initiator of this decline, by and an oneiric catch image processing of sight and sometimes disturbing. Scalp made the choice pass in addition to the dogmas and the photographic laws, does not seek to like the masses, seeks to go at the bottom of the things, closest to perversions and the backward flows of the human heart.
