My name is Chantal, and I'm here to make something beautiful. To quote Edgar Allan Poe:

I want to elevate the soul. Be it something weird, something unusual, something unique, something sexy, something awe-inspiring - I want to be a part of something beautiful, I want to help create it. In regards to actually working with me - I'm not a girl on a power trip. I have little interest in being told I'm pretty, I'm here to get a job done and make beautiful work of it, beauty being relative. I'm always relaxed, have an easy smile and contrary to the stiff way I may type, I would say I'm (I hope!) fun to work with, though straightforward. I have no inhibitions, especially not in regards to my body.
*Do please note however, that I will not do nudes nor partial nudes.
Despite this, I will do my best to work with you to create something of the highest quality, be that quality sexy or strange, beautiful or just out-there. Creative shoots are my favourite.

I greatly respect a photographer who takes the time to plan out a shoot. This means deciding on outfits, accessories, makeup, location, colours, hair, the whole shebang, before we face each other down through the camera. I will of course work with you to make this all come together, but I ask that you have something in mind before we shoot, as the extra effort will always pay off with greater results.
I encourage that a makeup artist be available on all shoots.

Please do note that I will always be professional, courteous and on time (or in the event of an emergency, at the very least let you know in advance if I may be late). I ask that you do the same!

Rates
$40 per hour fashion/beauty/swimwear

If we shoot, I require a makeup artist be present - this ensures you get the best shots for your money. I can recommend you preferred local makeup artists if you desire.

I've done professional and published shoots for a multitude of companies and designers. Unfortunately I haven't kept a running list of my work in print to post here, but I've been shot for an array of clients that include fashion designers, clothing companies, jewelery designers and an eclectic mix of businesses, and have been featured in various catalogues and brochures.
