My name is Angel and I am a photographer in the Washington, DC/Northern Virginia area.

I was inspired to become of photographer at a young age when I discovered a book of Man Ray’s work. I majored in photography during college, which resulted in my first image being published in the student run magazine, the Warehouse Journal. After college I began shooting professionally concentrating on the music scene while working a day job in a camera shop. My day job helped me to continue my photographic education by allowing me to gain a vast knowledge of equipment and introducing me to some of the DC area’s best photographers. I photographed punk legends Fugazi and other local bands and had my work featured on several music CD’s. In 1999 I began to concentrate on fetish photography, which allowed me to travel and work with amazingly talented people.

My work has been exhibited in the MOCA Gallery, Alchemy Nightclub and The Crucible Nightclub all located in Washington, DC. I worked several times as a staff photographer for EXOTICA Detroit and XBALL. My work has been published in two issues of A magazine.
