Aiming to expand and uplift others into their most fulfilling health and lifestyle, I'm a Health Coach and Yoga Instructor. Leaning toward music, arts, dance and various forms of self- expression my entire life, I enjoy dancing, singing, gymnastics, performing and modeling. I'm open to taking risks and challenging my comfort zones to rise into my full potential, and keen on holding space and facilitating others in doing the same for themselves.

I resonate with spirituality and nature as ways of connecting with myself, others and the world around me. I feel most at ease and balanced in safe and healthy community, like in Guatemala at my Yoga Teacher Training, in Costa Rica for my continuing education Yoga Retreat, performing/ dancing with Insomniac Entertainers, and while in the company of women with a shared love of empowering other women by feeling beautiful and powerful in their own skin.
