Hello! I’m an oil painter based in San Francisco and Puerto Vallarta and would be honored to work with you.  Painting has become an important part of my meditation and practice over the past few years. Let’s make something beautiful.

I have studied figure painting and plein air with oils at the University of Berkeley, at the Louvre in Paris, and at the Atelier School of Classical Realism in Oakland, California. For the past few years I have spent significant time at my second home in Mexico where I have an art studio and an artistic community. Prior to my work as an artist I was an Anthropologist with a specialty in central and south America, in which capacity I worked closely with indigenous communities in Panama, Nicaragua and Peru.
