Most of my thoughts are visual. My mentor, Peter Beard, taught me to express my thoughts with the camera. Synergy between a photographer and a model is one of the most important aspects in producing images that are real and impactful. Allowing models to express their individuality through the lens, in a structured environment, affords us an opportunity to produce meaningful and lasting images.
Here, in Hollywood, we have the good fortune of great access to talent. Set designers, hair & make-up artists, stylists. lighting professionals, the extraordinary landscape and cityscape, all present us with tremendous opportunity to create great art.. I'm very much looking forward to creating images with interested models, and being a part of expressing the dynamics of our culture in these visual terms.
