Leah is a traditional artist and a representational realist oil painter. Her subjects come from nature, landscape, life models, and the still-life objects that fuel her pictorial narratives and inspire unique works of art.

Leah's artwork has been exhibited at a number of nationally recognized venues including the Haggin Museum, the Booth Western Museum, Steamboat Art Museum, the Salmagundi Club, the New York Academy of Art, the National Association of Women Artists, Oil Painters of America, and Art Renewal Center.

Trained in classical drawing and painting, Leah spent years studying with master artists in California, New Mexico, and New York, and since 2000, she has devoted a portion of her time and energies to teaching and mentoring aspiring artists of all ages, via her private Atelier and institutions such as the New York Academy of Art, Lyme Art Association, East Chester High School, Cape Cod Art Association, as well as online.

Currently, Leah works on a series of figural oil paintings in Upstate New York.
