I have always believed in the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle. When I turned 40, I became more aware of the effects of aging on the male body: loss of muscle mass, virility, strength, and flexibility. I wanted a more promising quality of life and knew I had to find a way to reverse that process. I got back in the gym and hired a trainer who challenged me and pushed me to my limits.

I realized not only did I get into the best shape of my life, I also wanted to help other men and women in their mid-life to achieve what I had. I wanted them to live their best life, looking better and feeling incredible. So naturally I became a fitness trainer and it developed into a very successful, meaningful and fulfilling career.

Now, in my early 60's, I feel ready to take another chance and step into a whole new arena--modeling. I'm that guy among my friends that always knows how to pull a great look together for any occasion. I'm the man they come to when they need to go shopping for the right look for a special event. I'm the one that understands the difference between having a great wardrobe and having a great sense of style. They're uniquely different and style will always trump fashion.

I want to do this because I want to put a face and body out there in the world of a man in his prime--or considered to be passed his prime--that looks and feels the way I do and can inspire and motivate others in my generation to get it together, get in the right mind-set, get in the best shape, and improve the quality of their lives.
