Originally from Germany, Soeren Loeffler found his calling early in life at age fifteen as an apprentice in a local hair salon. In 1991, he formally pursued his stylist training and education at Vidal Sassoon in Frankfurt, with a focus on precision cutting. During his tenure at Vidal Sassoon Frankfurt, Soeren was frequently recognized as a top performer and consistently promoted to leadership positions.

In 1997, Soeren was promoted to Assistant Creative Director with Vidal Sassoon and moved to Chicago, Illinois. In this role, he combined his passion for caring for his clients and educating other hair professionals. In 2000, Soeren was promoted to Creative Director of Vidal Sassoon and moved to Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he continued to develop in both his in-salon leadership and advancing his pursuit of educating other haircare professionals in the industry.

Over the course of eight years as an educational leader with Vidal Sassoon, he taught at both the Advanced Academy in London and Los Angeles. It was at this point in Soeren’s career that he began appearing onstage at global educational hair events produced by beauty industry leaders, such as Wella and Procter and Gamble.

In 2008, Soeren realized his dream of opening his own hair salon in Atlanta, Georgia. While building his business, he never lost sight of his passion for education. Just two years later, he was named the National Creative Director for Davines, where he traveled the globe educating haircare professionals.

Soren Salon continues to grow and thrive under his leadership, garnering many local and national accolades over the years, such as Elle Magazine’s “Top 100 Salon in the US” listing for four consecutive years. Soeren is frequently invited to speak and share his knowledge at educational seminars across the US, where he shares his passion for precision cutting.
