I’ve been shooting for over 15 years and have decided to break away from the 9-5 and follow my passion and start this business with my daughter. We stumbled across this site getting ideas for what models were available in our market. Our studio name was chosen because we wanted to break away from the cookie-cutter portrait studio format. The term "Promethean" refers to the figure of Prometheus in Greek mythology, who was known for his intelligence, creativity, and defiance of the gods. In modern usage, the term "Promethean" often refers to someone or something that is innovative, creative, and forward-thinking. It can also be used to describe someone who challenges established norms or takes bold actions in order to bring about change. The word "Promethean" has come to symbolize a spirit of innovation, creativity, and defiance, and is often associated with ideas of progress and change. we thought it was appropriate since we feel EVERYONE should be Daringly Original!
