About Me

I grew up in and around Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, during a period of rapid urban and suburban sprawl, worsening impacts of climate change, and social upheaval.

Themes that I often explore include nature and the human impact on it, architecture (particularly abandoned), portraiture that explores identity and meaning, and liminality. I enjoy a number of genres, with an emphasis on creative portraiture, urban decay, and nature.

"Matt was a new photographer that attended a model sharing event when I visited Toronto. If I recall correctly, I was his first nude model (apart from his wife, as he said!) and he was super lovely and respectful during the entire time. He had ideas of his own and always asked if they are ok or not with me. I appreciated his effort to make me feel respected. The photos I saw were lovely too! Hopefully we can shoot next time!
