I'm a figurative artist who works primarily in gouache/watercolor. I put a lot of care into capturing expression and mood. I strongly value authenticity, and that means accurate proportions and likeness as well as emotional authenticity, and I hope to create a sense of connection with my collaborators and audience. I'm very inspired by the impressionist and expressionist movements at the turn of the century.
