BACKGROUND:

Been shooting for a little over a decade, mostly as a hobby and occasionally as a profession. Prefer to keep it recreational for now, as money and its accompanying obligations tend to sap the enjoyment from photography.

I rarely shot portraits or used models until recently, and when I did it was usually friends or people I'd met on the street. Now I almost always like to have a person in the frame as they add humanity and character (literally) to a scene.

DOWN TO BUSINESS:

When first working with a model, I like to meet somewhere close to both of us and shoot for an hour or less, and if both parties are pleased with the results and care to work together again, we go from there. This is a collaborative effort so I am open to all of your suggestions!

I am willing to reimburse for travel expenses and time for longer shoots in some instances, but for the most part usually do time-for-print arrangements.
