Growing up I was always athletic but never "in shape." It wasn't until my early twenties while I was playing professional golf that I fell in love with everything fitness. Over the last fifteen years I've experienced just about every type of workout plan and diet there is. In 2016 I went primarily plant based and haven't looked back since! During this time I continued my journey becoming a massage therapist, as well as starting my personal training businessl. I've enjoyed working with Olympian bound athletes to the elderly that are just trying to improve their quality of life. Most days I help operate a health and wellness center with my wife, while other days you may find me simply being active outdoors or skiing! As a father of four and a business owner, I want to show people that you can be fit no matter your obligations or stress levels. I want to inspire any and everyone to be their best everyday!
