I am a photographer living and operating in the Detroit Metropolitan area, specifically, Lake Orion. I am a father of 6 and a 20 Navy veteran. My concentration is portrait and event photography, more in the moment than completely posed. I am also a student. Digital Photography bachelor's major with about 6 months to go until completion. I am fully equipped with cameras and lighting. In other words, I'm not just a GWC :-).

My primary goal for connecting with Model Mayhem is 2 fold. First, a great friend of mine, a fellow US Navy Chief, is a member and a photographer. He said this is an incredible tool for working and networking. Secondly, I want to grow in my business and help others grow in theirs. This means moving beyond friends, family and co-workers for portraits. Again, it was made clear to me this community is the way to go.

Last, but certainly not least, I am a student at SNHU (mentioned above.) so far, no less than 3 of my instructors have directed our classes to Model Mayhem for growth in our art and businesses respectively. I'd say that's a solid endorsement.
