About Me

Wjhen I turned 60 in 2016, I decided to get in the best shape of my life.
I went on to compete in 9 NPC Masters bodybuilding contests, placing first in 5 out of 8 contests.

I want to be an example to all of the sexagenarians.  I burned the rocking chair, no front porch sitting for me.  I want to share my look with others who may think they're over the hill.

I am also a song writer.  Played lead keyboards in the rock band Moon Rooster.
Winner of 2 international song writing contests.
I want to market products to the older who feel younger.
