About Me

I have been taking photos for about 40 years now. I started with 110, then 126, then I got serious with 35mm 30+ years ago.

I switched to Digital 10+ years ago and now use a good quality Nikon, Pro Tripods, Lights, Stands, etc...

I love to shoot in nature with the Great Smokey Mountains National Forest as a common backdrop for many of my shoots.

Water, sunsets, rain, rainbows, fields, barns, trucks, cars, tractors & trains are just a few of my other backdrops.

I have done some model shoots, weddings, showers & other events and I am looking to expand in this direction.

I would like to do some pinup shoots, bikini (I have done Hooters Girls in the past) costume, Halloween and more.

With well over 10,000 photos under my belt and 100+ print sales alone (not counting event sales)  I have a good experience base.

My goal is to use my photography knowledge and your modeling experience to help us both work together to expand our combined portfolios.

I am looking to work together with some or all of the following; Models, Makeup Artists, Hair Stylists, Wardrobe & Clothing Designers, Retouchers (even though I have used PhotoShop since the first edition), Body Painters/Artists, Casting Directors, Event Planners, Advertisers, Film Makers, Model Agencies & Digital Artists.
I will work with several people or groups to get the project done.

I will work with people TFP/Digital/Flash Drive, etc....  if the situation works for both of us.

Feel Free to contact me with your thoughts and ideas.
I am up for new and interesting ideas.

"Pat is a nice guy. He is not one of those elitist, pretentious photographers. He is someone I could go out a grab a beer with! That immediately put me at ease. He had gone to our shooting location the day before, to arrange the rocks to be model friendly for walking, and model friendly for photography. He was also kind enough to let me borrow his blanket, as I had forgotten BOTH my outdoor changing towel and drape hoodie. Despite the weather not working in our favor, he made the best of it, with a positive attitude to boot. We completed our photo shoot indoors. The changing bathroom had enough space for, obviously, changing, good lighting for make up retouching and hair changes, and a build in heater for just the changing bathroom that you could control. I really liked that, as I get cold easily! If you are a new model, who is still working on being nervous during photo shoots (I remember my new model days!) then I would strongly suggest Pat. Once you feel at ease, the relaxation and fun will show through your pictures. Add then, of course, you'll have nice photos to build your portfolio." Read less
