I'm working on a series of larger scale canvas paintings focused on cityscapes and comic book-esque stylized human figures and characters. It sounds cheezy, but it's 90% photorealism with a few stylized accents. I'm trying to capture the ego of the Miami, which as we all know is a mix of voyeurism, high fashion, and an almost-healthy dose of superficiality...!
I'm also a co-writer and co-illustrator for a continuous graphic novel set in a steam-punk, post-apocalyptic, American West.
These and some several paintings, primarily oil or acrylic, and some pencils, are my preferred medium.
