Taina Anthony is known for her passion for wellness and her business acumen. Through perseverance Taina has balanced being a competitive athlete, successful entrepreneur and a mom of four children while attaining a degree in Business and Accounting.

While working as a controller in the accounting field for over 10 years she realized that better health is the best investment.

Taina focused on her nutrition and fitness goals and dropped 77lbs from her frame. She was so inspired by her own weight loss that she decided to “Boss up” and start “Fitness by Choice” her first fitness studio located in Gardena, California. Followed by “Naturally Sophisticated Women” a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing women together to empower each other, while embracing their healthy living journey.

Taina is the owner of “Gettyefit”, a wellness consultation company, supporting the alignment of the mind, body and soul through nutrition, health and fitness coaching
